Le Pecq : easy to reach, easy to live in

Carte de situation Le Pecq-sur-Seine has long been chosen for its good lines of communication. In the Middle Ages, Port Aupec – as it then was – flourished as a river port where boats could unload goods rather than pay the heavy tolls up-river to Paris. Later, it was at Le Pecq that the materials were unloaded for the Chateaux of Marly and Versailles. Today more than ever, Le Pecq-sur-Seine is a high-quality town with easy access.

If you draw a straight line from the pyramid at the Louvre, through the obelisk in the Place de la Concorde, under the Arc de Triomphe and through the Grande Arche at La Défense, that same line will take you straight to Le Pecq-sur-Seine.

Le Pecq-sur-Seine is quite simply at one end of the Champs-Elysées!

France's first railway ran from Paris to Le Pecq-sur-Seine. On the same trajectory, line A – "the business line" - of the RER high-speed urban railway links the town to the capital within 20 minutes.

With the A12, A13 and A86 motorways right on hand, Le Pecq-sur-Seine is within easy reach of everything. The technology park is just a short walk from the RER. By car, you are a mere half an hour from Orly or Roissy Charles de Gaulle, and just a few sets of traffic lights from Orly or the Gare de Lyon. How many other towns can boast as much?

But if easy access to the RER and Paris's main airports isn't enough for you, there are flying clubs just minutes away where you can take off in a private plane. And if you're looking for a prestigious setting to dynamize your personnel, you can be in Deauville in 90 minutes without having to brave the congested Paris exit roads.
